about yogaroma and Amanda Mackenzie
After many years commuting, working long hours and juggling the pressures of deadlines with home life and family, Amanda decided to leave that aspect of her life behind.  Now she is able to help others to relieve their stress, aid health and to help them feel good about themselves.
Skills gained during her previous life of helping others in an office environment, within her Human Resources roles, are particularly useful in her new work life.  Amanda’s continued focus of working with people is now with complementary therapies and yoga aimed at working with and helping people holistically in order for them to maintain the best health possible so that life can be enjoyed to it’s fullest.
Amanda aims to continually share her knowledge and experiences with others on this journey of life.
To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all - Oscar Wild
